Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Karmaday Consulting Ltd trading as Vayshali Rose.

  1. Our Services

We provide:

  • online courses and digital programmes
  • recorded teachings and digital resources
  • live and facilitated group containers and events
  • handcrafted and sourced jewellery
  • crystals, stones and symbolic or devotional objects

Our digital services are delivered through online platforms including Kajabi.
Our physical goods are sold through our website and associated sales platforms.

  1. Nature of our work - important disclaimer

All content and services provided by Vayshali Rose are spiritual, educational and reflective in nature. They are not intended to replace or substitute professional:

  • medical
  • psychological
  • therapeutic
  • legal
  • financial

advice, diagnosis or treatment.

We do not offer medical or mental health services. You remain fully responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions and actions.

Our work is relational, devotional and experiential. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, transformation, healing or result. Each participant’s experience is personal and unique.

  1. Website use, intellectual property and use of content

You agree to use this website, our platforms and community spaces lawfully and respectfully.

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, misuse content, or access systems without permission.

All content provided through this website, our courses and programmes, including (but not limited to):

  • videos
  • audio recordings
  • written materials
  • teachings
  • exercises
  • visual content
  • downloads and resources

is owned by, or licensed to, Karmaday Consulting Ltd trading as Vayshali Rose.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own private use only. You must not share your login details or content with others

You must not, without our prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce or adapt any content
  • record live or recorded sessions
  • distribute, share or publish any content
  • upload content to other platforms
  • use any content for commercial purposes or in your own offerings

This includes sharing content with friends, groups, clients, or online communities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, unauthorised copying or disruptive behaviour occurs.

All rights are reserved.

  1. Digital Content -  statutory cancellation rights (UK)

Under UK consumer law, consumers usually have a 14-day cancellation period when buying online.

However, where digital content is supplied immediately, this right may be lost once access begins.

By purchasing our digital courses or programmes and accessing the content, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase; and
  • you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once access to the digital content begins.

Your agreement is collected at checkout.

Because access to digital content is provided immediately, we do not offer refunds for digital courses or programmes once access has been granted, except where required by law.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.

  1. Live Sessions and Group Containers

 

Some programmes may include live online sessions and group spaces. Dates, formats and facilitators may occasionally change where reasonably necessary.

If you cannot attend a live session, access to recordings (if offered) will be as described in the programme information.  Attendance at live sessions is not guaranteed if you are unable to attend at the scheduled time.

You agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. We reserve the right to remove access to community spaces or programmes where behaviour is abusive, harmful or disruptive to others.

  1. Physical Products

We sell physical products including jewellery, crystals, stones and symbolic items. Some products are handcrafted by us and others may be sourced from external makers or suppliers.

Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of many of our products, variations in colour, size, shape, texture and finish may occur.

These natural or minor variations do not constitute faults.

  1. Statutory 14-cancellation - physical products

If you purchase a ready-made physical product (including jewellery or crystals) online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your item. Please email us at hello@vayshalirose.com.

Items which are made to order, custom made or personalised for you are excluded from the statutory 14-day cancellation right.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • bespoke or commissioned jewellery
  • customised or commissioned crystal items
  • products created or selected specifically to your request

This does not affect your legal rights if a bespoke or custom-made product is faulty or not as described. Where a product is made to order or custom made, this will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

  1. Returns Process

We will provide the appropriate returns address by email.

Returned items must be:

  • unused and unworn (where applicable)
  • in their original condition and packaging

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For privacy and security reasons, our return address is supplied on request by email.

  1. Refunds for cancelled physical product orders

If you validly cancel a ready-made physical product order, we will refund:

  • the purchase price; and
  • the standard outbound delivery charge (if any)

within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  1. Faulty or incorrect physical products

If your physical product (including jewellery or crystals) is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Normal wear and tear, natural inclusions, variations in stone patterning, accidental damage or misuse are not considered faults.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. We are not currently registered with an alternative dispute resolution provider.

  1. Care and use of products

Our jewellery and crystals are intended for personal, decorative and symbolic use.

They are not intended for medical or therapeutic use.

Please handle all items with care and follow any care guidance provided with your order.

  1. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • any other liability which cannot be excluded under law

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website, services or content.

  1. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to your contract with us.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.  Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
